  • 400g portobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • 300g asparagus, trimmed
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 corn on the cob, husked
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions to get your Vegan Barbecue Grilling Perfection :

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
