  • 10g gelatin powder
  • 500ml heavy cream
  • 60ml cold water
  • 250ml plain yogurt

  1. In a saucepan, combine cream, sugar, and scraped vanilla beans. Heat until it almost simmers.
  2. Meanwhile, bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 mins. Add it to the warm cream mixture and stir until dissolved.

  4. Pour into ramekins and refrigerate for 4 hrs or until set.
