Ingredients (Metric):

  • 400g cauliflower florets
  • 250g spinach leaves
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100g flaxseed meal
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 30ml water
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Steam cauliflower and spinach until tender, then chop.
  2. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic. Mix with greens, feta, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine flaxseed meal, flour, eggs, olive oil, and water to form a dough.
